Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekend shifts not required unless needed. Join 2020 Companies as a Field Service Representative to install, update, and repair sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing according to planograms and client requests.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks.
- Assist other team members as needed and adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Stay available for weekend assignments as required.
- Schedule and plan work hours and locations, including occasional weekends and early morning hours.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
- Age 18or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday‑through‑Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle / grasp, and reach overhead.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred. - Technical: installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives; ownership of an Android or iPhone; skill using smart‑phone apps for clock‑in, photos, data upload, and communication.
- Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, willingness to travel up to 90miles per assignment.
- Communication: effective phone, text, and email communication; superior leadership and professional presentation skills.
- Training: complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames and work collaboratively and autonomously.
