Commercial Cleaning Position

Office Pride of NWA is a premier commercial and office cleaning company based in Springdale. Are you detail-oriented and passionate about cleanliness? • Pay starting from $15.00 per hour.
• Paid training.
• Flexible part-time shifts available.
• Mon-Sat shifts between 6:30 pm-11:00 pm.

Responsibilities & duties include:

• Attention to detail:
  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and ability to notice small details in cleaning tasks.
• Organization skills:
  Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in order.
• Time management:
  Efficiently managing time to complete tasks promptly.
• Exactness:
  Following checklists, instructions, and details.
• Systematic cleaning:
  Including but not limited to restrooms, vacuuming, kitchen area and appliances, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Meticulous care:
  Ensuring all cleaning tasks and restocking needs are handled with care.
• Clear communication:
  Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members when necessary.

Our requirements include:

• Must have own transportation.
• Commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

We offer a part-time and set schedule with Monday through Saturday shifts between 6:30pm
-11:00pm. Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
