Maintenance Supervisor

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor within the organization.

• Provide direction and support for the Maintenance department, including planning, organizing, staffing and supervising departmental operations, and maintaining the physical plant (interior and exterior of building, heating and cooling system, and departmental equipment).
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments.
• Supervise maintenance assistants, if applicable.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and coordinate personnel actions with the Administrator.
• Participate in Department Head and corporate meetings as scheduled.
• Work with facility management team in a collaborative manner.
• Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.

• Training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance and operation, and repair of required maintenance equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Minimum of 1‑year experience in maintenance or related field.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
