** Pay**$27.63-$33.76 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications  Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd shift hours

** Job Summary
*** Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on all process equipment
* Set up and change over packaging equipment as required
* Diagnose and resolve equipment failures in a multi-skilled environment
* Rebuild equipment and components routinely to ensure reliability
* Modify and enhance equipment performance as needed
* Provide technical assistance to production teams
* Maintain detailed maintenance records and communicate effectively with team members
* Operate all necessary tools, vehicles, and computers for troubleshooting and repair tasks
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and toolbox
* Participate in training programs to improve technical skills
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

* Required Qualifications:

*** Minimum of
** 2 years
** of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent technical training
* Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic controls
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and product quality
* Above-average mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
* Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized work area
* Proficient in PC usage

* Preferred Qualifications:

**
* ** 4 years
** of experience in general industrial maintenance
* ** 1 year
** of experience with metal fabrication
* Experience in installing automated equipment
