Customer Service Representative

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas
• Perform janitorial duties and daily scheduled tasks
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and clean work area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, procedures, and protocols
• Perform work assignments as part of a team
• Follow direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Support customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the work environment

• No specific education requirement
• 3-6 months training or experience preferred
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
• Completed all safety and task training certification
• May be required to be forklift certified
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work safely in assigned areas

Demonstrates expertise in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
