Reports To:

Maintenance Director

• Clean common areas and residents’ apartments according to schedule and maintain a healthy and attractive environment.
• Monitor, check, and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas of the community on a daily basis.
• Adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, and monthly team meetings.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Report any maintenance problems observed in residents’ bedrooms or around the community immediately to the Maintenance Director.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while on duty towards residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the community.
• Assist with cleaning of resident bedrooms when required.
• Beyond cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal spaces, may be required to change bedding, do laundry, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond with urgency upon requests.

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Senior Living experience preferred but not required.
