Shop Custodian

Join our team at Lafayette Ford Lincoln as a Shop Custodian, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in our Fayetteville, NC location. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor, service bays, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and supplies are stored properly and ready for use.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with moving parts, tools, or materials as needed to support service technicians.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of safety and hazardous material handling protocols.

• Compensation of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
