House Cleaner

Compensation & Schedule

Guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $500.00 per week. Pay is weekly.

Full‑time position. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

• Clean customers’ homes according to company standards and proven process.
• Deliver excellent customer service and may receive tips.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive the vehicle safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the car is stocked with necessary supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead, stooping, bending, kneeling, and lifting at least 25 pounds.
• Availability for full‑time weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Position is offered by a franchise owner of Molly Maid. The franchise owner is the sole employer and is responsible for wage and benefit programs, which may vary among franchise owners.
