Alianza in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance team in a residential property environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment communities, resorts, or similar properties, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and safety procedures. On-call rotation and after-hours responses are required.
