Plasterer

Our company is searching for an experienced plasterer to join our team in Washington.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching and smoothing them.
• Apply coats of plaster or other materials to create desired texture and finish.
• Use hand tools or machines to smooth out rough spots and ensure even coverage.
• Mix and apply different types of plaster as needed for specific surfaces.
• Work with precision and attention to detail to achieve high‑quality results.
• Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional plasterer.
• Ability to read blueprints or plans to understand project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of different types of plasters, their properties and application techniques.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and other equipment used in plastering work.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions if needed.
• Attention to detail, good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Washington area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,700 per month based on experience. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
