Guardian is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Lead at Enchanted Woods in Federal Way, WA. The role leads the maintenance staff, prioritizes work orders, and ensures safety and quality across the property.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, knowledge of building trades, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. On-call for after-hours/weekend emergencies, located on-site with standard 40-hour schedule.
