Regional Maintenance Supervisor

As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance teams across multiple communities, ensuring quality service, safety, and operational excellence.

• Supervise day‑to‑day maintenance operations across multiple communities.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and compliance with state, federal, OSHA codes.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians and other staff.
• Prepare and review reports on inspections, work orders, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Maintain equipment, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships; negotiate bids.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, safety risks, and tenant requests.
• Implement standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years experience in property, hospitality, or construction management, with demonstrated maintenance operations experience.
• Proven supervisory and leadership abilities with people‑management skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry terminology, codes, and building performance issues.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and spreadsheet skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. for training, inspections, and acquisitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Frequent sitting, walking, and repetitive computer use.
• Occasional squatting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Travel by airline, train, and automobile.
• Work may involve elevated or uneven surfaces.
