TAM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform work orders, repairs, unit turnover and respond to on-call emergencies at our multifamily properties. You will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in implementing maintenance programs and preventative maintenance efforts.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, estimating repair time, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining inventory and coordinating with outside contractors as necessary.
