JOB SUMMARY:

The Floating Lead Maintenance Technician travels to communities in TAM Residential's nationwide portfolio to ensure the safety, functionality and overall appearance of the communities. They are responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response. The Floating Lead Maintenance Technician ensures that all apartments, amenities, and common areas are well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and welcoming for residents.

This role requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time, strong leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and the communities’ teams.
