Maintenance Technician

Adecco is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for a premier automotive supplier client in Fenton MI. These positions are direct hire and will support either afternoon or midnight shift. This position will require breakdown and preventative maintenance experience to support the engineering teams as well as the on floor teams requesting assistance.

** Equipment Mastery** :
Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of high-speed assembly equipment and test systems.

** Preventive Care** :
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production equipment.

+  
** Engineering Collaboration** :
Assist in process design improvement and engineering studies to enhance overall efficiency and output.

** Education/experience:*
* + High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.

+ Minimum 2-3 years of related mechanical or electrical experience, or an associate's degree in a related field.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as shop equipment (lathe, mills, grinder, etc.).

+ Ability to read and understand both technical and non-technical materials.

+ Exceptional technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Strong analytical capabilities.

+ Proficiency in computer and software applications.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + Knowledgeable in PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX and Ladder Logic.

+ Familiarity with robotic and vision systems.

+

Experience with process improvement, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

+ Prior experience in a team-based management culture.

+ Computer and software literate.
