3rd Shift Commercial Cleaner

Location: Fenton, MI

Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Steady overnight shift)

Looking for a consistent 3rd-shift role with a predictable routine? Clean Team Inc. is searching for a dependable, motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Fenton.

In this role, you will be trained to operate large industrial cleaning equipment, including a riding floor scrubber! No prior experience with heavy machinery? No problem-if you have the determination and a willingness to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know.

As an autonomous overnight cleaner, you will ensure the facility is completely sanitized, spotless, and ready for daily business operations. Your routine will include:

• Equipment Operation: Learn to safely operate large cleaning machinery, such as a riding floor scrubber, for deep floor maintenance.

• Facility Care: Clean, dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop offices, hallways, and common areas.

• Sanitize & Refresh: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms and employee break areas.

• Waste Management: Empty facility trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.

• Stocking: Keep essential paper products and cleaning supplies fully restocked.

• Safety Standards: Follow all established company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Age Check: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Transit: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site in Fenton.

• Mindset: A strong eye for detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to stay focused while working independently.

• Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but not required. Full training is provided.
