Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN
, as a part‑time Janitorial Technician
. This position is approximately 20 hours per week; perfect for someone wanting to supplement their income. The starting wage range is $16 to $18 per hour.

As a Janitorial Technician, you will oversee daily tasks such as:

• Complete cleaning requests or tasks
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the exterior of the building and grounds are well‑maintained
• Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
• Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day
• Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed
• Show respect for all residents at all times
• Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the required work in a timely manner
• Required to perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly:
