SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale and West Clinton Township is hiring a Restoration Supervisor.

You could earn $50,000 - $70,000 per year!

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This role involves coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Thoroughly document restoration projects and support the services provided.
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
• Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Starts at $24.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
