Summary:
Maintain standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking and washing of china and glassware.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Class II Gaming License;
Safe Serve Certificate
- Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.
- Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion and stooping.
- Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
- Moderate noise levels.
- Stand on tile, mats.
- Hazards:
Knives, mechanical kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Class II Gaming License;
