- Lead and coordinate facility maintenance for building structure and equipment to meet service level goals.
- Design and administer preventive maintenance programs (new and existing equipment).
- Direct custodial team activities and standards.
- Own spare parts inventory for all facility assets.
- Share and adopt best practices with other MSC CFCs.
- Drive safety-first behaviors; uphold OSHA compliance and climate control performance.
- Collaborate across departments via cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain hazardous materials records and confirm evacuation procedures are current.
- Elevate Safety Culture through engagement and risk assessment tools.
- Model MSC values; manage hiring, development, reviews, and separations per the MSC Code of Conduct.
- Contribute to OpEx and capital budgeting for facility equipment.
- Perform pest control tasks as required.
- Execute hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs when needed.
- Support operational agility - temporary reassignment to other warehouse tasks may occur to meet customer needs.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer basics and CMMS familiarity.
- Industrial electrical mastery: motors, starters, switch gear.
- Mechanical systems expertise: bearings, shafts, speed reducers, sprinklers, and more.
- HVAC knowledge and strong OSHA/regulatory fluency.
- Clear communicator who can brief teams on technical matters.
- Flexible and on-call capable.
- Proficiency in supervisory leadership, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, industrial electrical systems, and maintenance.
- Lift 25-50 lbs; frequent bending.
- Comfort at heights to 50 feet.
- Stand for long durations.
- 24/7 on-call availability.
- Valid state driver’s license may be required.

Pay, Perks, and PurposeCompensation starting at $51,800 - $77,000 depending on candidate location and experience. The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
