Larson Cadillac is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician who can consistently produce in a high-volume, flat-rate service department.

This role is built for technicians who are already flagging hours and want a shop with steady workflow, efficient dispatch, and strong support.

• $118,000 – $123,000 flat-rate earning potential
• Consistent car count and steady repair orders
• Efficient dispatch and organized workflow
• Modern equipment and diagnostic tools
• Strong advisor communication and support

• Perform diagnostics and repair work across mechanical and electrical systems
• Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs
• Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
• Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality

• Journeyman-level technician experience required
• Proven ability to flag hours consistently
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred
• Reliable, production-focused work style

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• 1 year minimum shop experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
