The Role
Working pattern: 5 shifts in 7, which will include weekend availability and on‑call rota for reactive cleaning.
Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro‑rata basis in line with weeks worked.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with cleaning across various sites, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- Cover periods of absence, sickness and holidays, as instructed by the Area Manager. This activity will be required to be covered within the agreed time periods or within a two‑hour elapsed period subject to site location/s.
- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided.
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
