Join our team as a Maintenance Worker in a fun, fast‑paced environment with room to grow! The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in and around both casino locations, including maintenance and repair of the facilities equipment, performing carpentry duties as needed, and lifting, moving and installing various equipment to execute established event set up requirements. Provides superior guest service to casino patrons while on the gaming floor.
Performs other job related duties as assigned by the department manager.
Starting wage is $21.20/hr, increasing to $21.50/hr after successful completion of a 90‑day orientation period. This full‑time position features employer‑paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
Education- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- At least one year of maintenance experience is recommended
- Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and be able to be insured and bonded
- Must provide a recent copy of driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and have no more than 3 moving violations in the last three years
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- The ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke‑filled environment
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
Pre‑employment drug testing is required for all positions. Cannabis use will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires operating a company vehicle.
