Pay

Pay: $14/hr during training | $17–$23/hr after training (performance-based)

Earnings: Tips + weekly bonus opportunities | Pay increases based on performance (you control your income)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights | No weekends

Location: Findlay, OH (Two Witches and a Broom Cleaning Services)

Residential cleaning, housekeeping, maid service, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, Airbnb cleaning, or anyone with strong attention to detail and a service mindset.

• Perform detailed residential cleaning in client homes
• Follow structured checklists and cleaning systems
• Complete jobs within assigned time frames
• Maintain high-quality standards on every visit
• Keep equipment and supplies organized and ready
• Work independently in client homes

• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and coachability
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to use during work hours to drive from house to house
• Smartphone with GPS, camera, and texting
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English
