Reports to:

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

• Assign,schedule and supervise light maintenance personnel.
• Assign,schedule and supervise outside contractors.
• Assistwithmaintainingthe preventative maintenance/work order system.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs to all fire alarms, security alarms, kitchen hoods, fire suppression sprinkler systems, water softeners, irrigation systems, outside concession stands, plumbing systems, grease traps, elevators.
• Assist with preventative maintenance andrequiredannual inspections on the following equipment: fire alarms, security alarms, kitchen hoods, fire suppression sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, water softeners, grease traps, back flowpreventersand elevators.
• Work with regulatory agencies like Fishers Fire Department, State Fire Inspectors, IDEM (Indiana Department of Environmental Management), Indiana State Board of Health and Insurance Inspectors to assure a safe environment and tocomply withall regulations.
• Assistwithmaintainingregular communication with the building principals.
  
  Communicate regularly with Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor regarding building maintenance issues.
• Assure indoor air quality through preventative maintenance.
• Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices,warranties and service agreements.
• Coordinate the hiring and evaluation of light maintenance personnel.
• Provide emergencyresponseto all off-hour maintenance issues.
• Other duties shall include those assigned by the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.
