About the Role

The housekeeping staff at Car Don and Associates maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. The position ensures all facility areas meet the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards, working collaboratively with the team to uphold Car Don’s reputation as a premier living community. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence are essential, as cleanliness directly affects residents’ comfort and well‑being.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them properly.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Assist in organizing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in cleaning management or related training.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
