Grounds Technician - Nickel Plate

Job Location:

Nickel Plate - Fishers, IN 46038. Position Type:
Full Time.

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property, cleaning the exterior, hallways, breezeways, and surrounding areas.
• Perform daily grounds routines, responsible for removal/clearing of snow, trash, and debris.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties, paint touch-up as necessary.
• Collect all debris around buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
