Maintenance Team Leader – Position 1
Highly skilled in maintenance repair and troubleshooting

Reports to:
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Performance Responsibilities:
- Assign, schedule and supervise light maintenance personnel.
- Assign, schedule and supervise outside contractors.
- Assist with maintaining the preventative maintenance/work order system.
- Assist with maintenance and repairs to all fire alarms, security alarms, kitchen hoods, fire suppression sprinkler systems, water softeners, irrigation systems, outside concession stands, plumbing systems, grease traps, elevators.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and required annual inspections on the following equipment: fire alarms, security alarms, kitchen hoods, fire suppression sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, water softeners, grease traps, back flow prev enters and elevators.
- Work with regulatory agencies like Fishers Fire Department, State Fire Inspectors, IDEM (Indiana Department of Environmental Management), Indiana State Board of Health and Insurance Inspectors to assure a safe environment and to comply with all regulations.
- Assist with maintaining regular communication with the building principals. Communicate regularly with Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor regarding building maintenance issues.
- Assure indoor air quality through preventative maintenance.
- Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, warranties and service agreements.
- Coordinate the hiring and evaluation of light maintenance personnel.
- Provide emergency response to all off-hour maintenance issues.
- Other duties shall include those assigned by the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.
