We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team for the summer Turn season at our luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, Arizona. This is a seasonal role focused on preparing apartment units for August move‑in, ensuring every resident arrives to a clean, safe, and ready‑to‑go home. If you enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, we want to hear from you!

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Assist with unit turnovers throughout the summer season.
• Inspect apartment units and ensure they are move‑in ready.
• Perform touch‑up painting in units as needed.
• Pressure wash building exteriors, walkways, and common areas.
• Support the maintenance team with any additional tasks assigned by management.

• Employment Dates:
  Start Date – End Date (Confirmed upon hire).
