Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible second-shift hours between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (No weekends!)

Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to support our operations in Flint.

As a vital part of our local cleaning team, you will handle routine janitorial tasks to ensure our clients' facilities stay safe, sanitized, and professional. Your daily routine will include:

• Sanitize & Refresh: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep assigned areas tidy.
• Inventory Tracking: Restock essential supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
• Safety Standards: Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

You don't need years of commercial experience to excel here-we hire for attitude and reliability, and we will train you on the rest!

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Transit: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Flint.
• Work Ethic: Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your evening shift.
• Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
