• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ordering of custodial supplies for building(s).

• Ability to perform the job functions for an eight (8) hour day, five (5) days a week to include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing, jumping, running, sitting, sweeping, climbing stairs, working outdoors, and safely handling power equipment.
• Ability to successfully complete online Bloodborne Pathogens and all other required training.
• Demonstrated initiative and good independent judgment.
• Experience in training other custodians in methods and equipment operation and care.
• Experience in team/project coordination.

Perform custodial work involved in care and cleaning of specified area or areas of a building including: restrooms, stairways, chalk boards/whiteboards, locker rooms, classrooms, laboratories, offices, shops, etc.
