Overview
MAINTENANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN position at McDonald's, Florence, AL. Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for local restaurants. The position starts on a trial basis with potential for full‑time after 3 months.
Responsibilities- Building maintenance:
Oversee facility upkeep, perform planned maintenance, and respond to maintenance emergencies. - System maintenance:
Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, computer‑related systems and other equipment. - Equipment maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair key process equipment and systems. - Other tasks:
Stock inventories, schedule repairs, build and execute maintenance budget, replace parts, clean, landscape, apply paint, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and possessing deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and take corrective measures.
- Maintenance experience preferred; certifications in HVAC or electrical systems a plus.
- Basic computer skills required; advanced computer skills a plus.
- Company truck with gas.
