Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Maintain safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Assist in delivering benefits and services to members by ensuring a well-kept facility and positive first/last impressions.
