Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, with shift premiums.

Location:

Sisters of Notre Dame facility, Chardon, Ohio.

• Integrate the charism, values, mission, and philosophy of Sisters of Notre Dame into all services.
• Provide cleaning and housekeeping services for the building’s interior patient, resident, and non-patient areas in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, spotting, and polishing equipment as needed, required, or directed.
• Maintain service utility closets in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain and service housekeeping cleaning power equipment—including vacuums, scrubbers, buffers, suction machines, mop buckets, and wringers.
• Maintain and refill supplies on housekeeping carts.
• Report emergencies and safety issues to the Facilities Director.
• Execute general cleaning on a daily, weekly, monthly, biannual, and yearly basis as established by internal housekeeping standards.
