Floor Technician

Position Details

• Full-time position; multiple shifts available
• Pay: $18.26 per hour, fixed rate
• Previous floor tech experience preferred

Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment, including automated systems for large‑area floor cleaning.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery: shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
