As Assistant Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager while helping to lead the site's maintenance operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and developing a high‑performing maintenance team in a fast‑paced food processing environment.

• Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the site's maintenance function.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Drive preventative maintenance programmes to maximize equipment uptime.
• Assist with continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.

• Approximately 4+ years of supervisory experience within a food manufacturing or food processing environment.
• A strong maintenance background in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience leading and motivating maintenance teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
• A proactive leader who enjoys developing people and driving results.
