Coordinate daily activities of Facilities Support team members and oversee maintenance on building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems;
Develop and motivate Facilities Support Team Members, provide feedback, and ensure training and certification;
Procure materials for assigned projects and manage inventory to minimize over ordering;
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, painting, and carpentry fixtures and equipment; oversee installation and relocation of equipment;
Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems; troubleshoot and inspect equipment; update mechanical prints as needed
