Your responsibilities:

Independently performing repair work on equipment, machines, or systems, including functional testing and commissioning
Performing maintenance, inspection, and testing work on production facilities
Coordinating and supervising small teams (contractors) on construction sites and at plant components
Acceptance and documentation of installation work performed by external contractors
Assisting with performance acceptance
Assisting with shutdown planning and coordinating external contractors and trades during the shutdown
Contributing to improvements in the immediate work environment

What you bring to the table:

Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic (machine or industrial fitter or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
Experience in industrial maintenance, e.g., continuous production and manufacturing facilities
Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, pumps, and industrial valves
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and piping; welding certification is desirable
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High degree of initiative, flexibility, and commitment
Strong teamwork and communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
