- Advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for critical equipment and process issues.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor and train Technician 1 and Technician 2 team members.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, startups, and commissioning activities.
- Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve plant reliability and performance.
- Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and OEE.
- Automation & Controls Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Industrial network diagnostics (Ether Net/IP, Device Net, Profinet)
- HMI and SCADA systems
- Servo systems Industrial robotics maintenance

- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and reliability initiatives.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
