Job Description:

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Responsibilities:

Ensure that assigned buildings are cleaned and maintained properly.

Service and clean all restrooms, and empty trash, twice daily.

Sweep, mop and/or vacuum all floors in every hallway and foyer, and other common areas like vending machines areas, daily.

Sweep and mop all inside staircases daily.

Sweep and clean all outside staircases/entry ways daily.

Empty all trash inside and outside, and in every hallway and foyer, and other common areas like vending machines areas, daily.

Place wet floor signs out after mopping any floors.

Service all paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers in all labs and classrooms, as requested.

Maintain all entryways, cleaning all windows inside and out, all interior and exterior entry way. mats, removing of wasps’ nests, spider webs, and any other debris.

Maintain adequate consumables, paper products, trashcan liners, cleaning supplies in all assigned buildings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

No experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.Experience in higher education custodial services.
