Position Overview

Reliable cleaning professional to maintain cleanliness and appearance of rental properties and common areas.

• Perform move‑in/move‑out deep cleaning of residential units
• Clean common areas, hallways, and facilities
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
• Complete work orders in a timely manner

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required
• No prior experience needed
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic communication skills
