Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property upkeep at its Charleston-area sites. The role focuses on maintaining systems to ensure optimal operations and tenant satisfaction, following department protocols.
The technician will respond to emergencies, support preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Supervisor on equipment and logs. Monday–Friday, 8–5, with after-hours availability.
