Maintains building and mechanical systems including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation, medical gas and fire protection systems, energy management, and work order management.;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems to keep facilities in good condition.;
Log equipment performance readings and daily readings of systems; review work orders by type/priority and complete tasks.;
Respond to emergencies quickly and follow safety protocols; coordinate with others for repairs; stay current with maintenance best practices.
