Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems;
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks such as changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, moving furniture, and hanging pictures;
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively;
Manage work orders using CMMS systems, document activities, and coordinate with vendors as needed;
Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper PPE usage and safe work practices
