Location: Sarasota
Pay:
Starting at $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our property. This role includes janitorial duties, light maintenance, and exterior upkeep.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and restock restrooms throughout the day
- Clean lobby, common areas, stairwells, and offices (as assigned)
- Remove trash and replace liners in building and garage areas
- Keep entrances, sidewalks, and exterior areas free of debris
- Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed
- Change batteries in dispensers and perform minor plumbing fixes (clogs, float adjustments)
- Inspect elevators and common areas for cleanliness and safety
- Report maintenance concerns, leaks, or safety hazards promptly
- Assist building engineer with basic HVAC-related tasks when needed
- Janitorial or light maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
