We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, solve problems confidently and respond when needed - including weekends.

This position requires availability on Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week. Flexibility is essential, as our Club operates seven days a week.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Club buildings and systems
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and general building component
• Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergencies
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and local regulation
• Maintain common areas, recreational facilities, parking areas and mechanical systems
• Keep workshop and maintenance areas clean, organized and safe
• Work independently while supporting the Facilities Director and team
