We are a private, member-owned club located on the Manatee/Sarasota county line, offering championship golf, multiple dining venues and first‑class recreational amenities. We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can work independently, solve problems confidently and respond when needed — including weekends.

This position requires availability on Saturday and Sunday
, with two days off during the week. Flexibility is essential, as our Club operates seven days a week.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Club buildings and systems.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and general building components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergencies.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and local regulation.
• Maintain common areas, recreational facilities, parking areas and mechanical systems.
• Keep workshop and maintenance areas clean, organized and safe.
• Work independently while supporting the Facilities Director and team.
