Location: North Naples

Must have United States driver's license minimum three years. Jeff Wilson Pool Service in Naples, FL is looking for multiple Pool Maintenance Techs to join a strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Qualifications: Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with 3 years driving experience. No experience necessary, we will provide paid training. English and Spanish speaking welcome. Ability to lift heavy equipment. Ability to work in harsh weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Knowing how to swim. Exposing body to various chemicals.

Starting Pay up to $800.00 weekly. Annual Performance Reviews that could deem pay increase. We offer Health, Dental and Vision insurance after 90 days. 401K with 4% company match. Disability Insurance and Paid Vacation Time is available after 1 year.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate start and stop times for each route appointment on the customer route card.
  • Test Pool Water Ph, Alkalinity, Chlorine, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Hardness & Salt as described on the customer route card.
  • Record pool water test readings on customer route card.
  • Maintain proper water balance using accurate chemical dosing prescribed from water test.
  • Empty pool skimmer/s and pump basket and removing debris.
  • Using a pool skimmer net, remove all surface debris.
  • Thoroughly manual vacuum the swimming pool using in line leaf catcher when scheduled on the customer route card.
  • Clean/Back wash filters as needed or as scheduled on the customer route card.
  • Replace pool filter elements as scheduled.
  • Thoroughly brush pool (minimum of 10 minutes) from water line (Including Tile) to top of coping, and pool walls.
  • Use cleaning solution and scrub tile and underside of coping as necessary.
  • Inspect pool equipment for air or water leaks, abnormally loud pumps, or gurgling plumbing.
  • Report all abnormalities on log slips.
  • Lube/clean or replace O-rings as needed/scheduled.
  • Verify pool equipment is in auto mode and primed before cleaning up to leave site.
  • Fill out Timer card.
  • Communicate issues found with customer, knock on door, or leave door hanger.
  • Maintain an organized clean truck/workspace.
  • Keep all materials stocked on truck.
  • Complete any assigned customer daily task.
