In this role, you will:

• Clean and help maintain the beach, landscape, park, restrooms, and facilities
• Remove refuse and paper from grounds and buildings
• Work on maintenance projects, set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and decorations associated with special functions and room/facility utilization
• Operate heavy equipment, light automotive equipment, UTVs, light landscape equipment, and hand tools
• Keep operating records, and complete material requests, service requests, and work orders
• Maintain a schedule of maintenance for assigned area(s)
• Perform daily safety checks and repairs

• Operating Days:
  Sunday - Saturday
• Work Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Work Hours:
  
  1:30 p.m.
  
  - 10:00 p.m.
• Be ready to jump in for occasional evening or weekend shifts during exciting community events

• High School Diploma or its equivalent - OR- the ability to obtain a GED within six (6) months from the time of hire
• Valid Florida Driver’s License at time of hire

• Experience with small tools and lightweight maintenance equipment

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for five (5) years.
