Location: DeFuniak Springs
Overview
We are seeking property maintenance or preservation vendors to perform a variety of maintenance duties and to preserve property assets.
LocationsLocations - Argyle, Defuniak Springs, Freeport, Miramar Beach, Mossy Head, Paxton, Rosemary Beach & Santa Rosa Beach
Responsibilities- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris/Junk Removal
- Lock Changes
- Initial Services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- General/Minor household repairs, etc.
- Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks (or interested in getting trained) including the responsibilities listed above.
- Must have own transportation.
- Meeting client deadlines.
- Must have the necessary equipment.
Pay is based on your bid and as per the allowable list.
